25% Off normal price of $99.99 and cheaper than anything I've seen retail in the last month or so.

Yale Real Living Electronic Push Button Deadbolt Fully Motorized with Zwave Technology (Satin Nickel)
Yale® YRD210ZW605 Real Living™ Push Button Deadbolt w/ Z-Wave™ (Bright Brass)
The emergence of the digital home is a major catalyst for the creation of the Yale Real Living™ portfolio of residential access control and home security solutions. Real Living deadbolt and lever locks are designed to integrate seamlessly with digital control systems or provide convenient stand-alone access control. The Push Button Deadbolt features universal lock and program symbols for ease-of-use combined with the familiarity of a standard keyed entry, and fast Z-Wave® enrollment at the push of a button. This lock solution from Yale® brings you the features you need with the excellent quality you expect.

Z-Wave™
Z-Wave allows for a controlled personal network in your home. Z-Wave offers a linked network which is cheaper and simpler than Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Z-Wave allows you to connect many of your devices together so they can work in harmony with each other. This lock comes with Z-Wave built in and can be easily integrated into a Z-Wave network with just the touch of a button.

Operational Efficiency
The Real Living™ Push Button Deadbolt is designed for use on all standard interior and exterior doors and features a simple, elegant, tamper-resistant keypad with a motorized tapered deadbolt. In addition to the keypad, the face of the deadbolt is also equipped with a standard keyed entry. The installation is fully gasketed with a tapered bolt to accommodate misaligned doors. What's more, the deadbolt is ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 certified.

10-Digit Keyless Entry & Standard Keyed Entry
Perhaps one of the most beneficial features of the new deadbolt is the 10-digit backlit keypad. Each number (0 through 9) has its own button (with two additional "star" and "number sign" buttons), and is illuminated for nighttime access. This increases code combinations, and may discourage would-be intruders due to the possible complexity of codes. Combined with the standard key slot, secured keyless or keyed entry convenience is only too simple to achieve!

Sleek Aesthetics
In addition to providing an effective locking mechanism, this deadbolt is drop-dead gorgeous. Yale has crafted this lock with enhanced interior design to reduce complexity and installation time, and the smallest residential keypad to compliment curb appeal. What's more, it's available in three stylish finishes; Bright Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze , and Satin Nickel .

Yale®
All over the world, people are actively securing all they care about; their home, their family, their personal belongings or their business with the name they trust the most, Yale. That's why they proudly say that Yale is "the world's favorite lock". Yale is the brand behind locks of every design and function in over 125 countries. As one of the oldest international brands, today's Yale is among the best-known and most respected names in the lock industry, with millions of Yale locks in use worldwide.

I was lucky and found 3 on amazon warehouse deals for $55 with damaged boxes. All three are installed and working great. That was when I first started looking and I didn't know how lucky that was of a find or I would have gotten more.
Great locks. Work well and easy to install/program.

What are some of the ways you guys are using the z-wave functionality besides automatically unlocking when you arrive?

Yale and Schlage use different keyways so you can not use the same key if you already have Schlage locks for your house. Yale does sell a Schlage cylinder that fits these locks but it runs $13 per cylinder. It will allow you to have a single key though.

Automatically lock at a certain time of night/evening (ready to go to bed, make sure doors are locked).

As far as I can tell, the codes have to be changed thru the keypad, kind of a pain but the price makes it okay IMO.

A SmartThings hub is required to the best of my knowledge.

I just called Yale to try to confirm if this locks supports remote programming. The call connected to India and the delay was about 7 seconds so it was hard to ascertain. But the rep told me that the lock supports remote programming but SmartThings doesn't. I am planning to use the RBoy apps [rboyapps.com] to make this work, so I'm going to give this lock a try and hope that it does indeed support remote programming.
