I followed the above steps and got them for $84.99 shipped ($170 for the pair) - Incredible price for incredible speakers!
(You'll have to live with the red color if it's not your thing, but at this price, it's a SD any way you paint it).

This is a great next step from the Promedia's (which I've always argued is the only set of computer speakers even mildly useful for mixing).
Even without the extra 15% this is a fantastic deal. You will never find another set of nearfield monitors of this quality at this price

Sorry they didn't apply the coupon; I didn't get any pushback whatsoever when I called them, so likely YMMV.
As for these vs. the Klipsch Promedia 2.1s: These are reference monitors that are not only more accurate and cleaner than the 2.1s, but also one of, if not THE best in it's class. The range, clarity and imaging that the 305's are capable of are virtually unmatched in it's price range; more so at this price.
In other words, the 305's are leagues ahead of the Promedia pedestrian grade stuff and a very worthy upgrade.
