I've done a lot of videos on this device. It's not super powerful so be prepared to mess with config files if you want to run modern games. Here is a video I made awhile ago of it running the newest Doom:
It doesn't get super hot in your hand, but it does get sweaty-hands-warm.
It's a charming little device. I can hit 25WPM on the keyboard. The keyboard is shifted to the left, so you kind of have to position your hands in a unique way. If you'd like to see the Keyboard in action, you can see my video here:
Obviously it's a low-power device, you should expect a MAX of 4 hours of game time when playing games like Skyrim. Additionally, GPD will be announcing the GPD Win 2 pretty soon. It's going to be using the Core M3-7Y30 but won't be available until summer 2018. Also it should cost in the neighborhood of $600~ +/- $100
Regarding buying from Gearbest
I think the only caveat is to understand that you are buying from a company located in China. So if you select the cheapest shipping option, it can take up to 3 weeks to get to you. And if you have any issue with the device that you'll most likely have a long wait as well. I've personally purchased quite a few things from Gearbest and it all arrived fine without any duties (shipped to NY)
Let me know if you have any questions.
