Individual solo business short term disability insurance income protection plan query

Hello,
I need help. I am a solo / small business owner in AZ (I have no employee other than me). I am interested in a short term disability insurance. I want it to cover the usual clauses including pregnancy. I found some info at websites such as growingfamilybenefits . I will appreciate any advice on what term to look for and a few companies that offer good coverage.
