    3. Now recheck Amex Offers & Benefits to see if you have the offer
      • If you don't see the offer, your account may not qualify

You need to de-register your card from online account and register the card again to the same online account. You will find the offer during last step of online registration
Steps:
1) Login to your account at http://www.americanexpress.com
2) click 'Remove Card from online Management' under 'Account Services' tab
3) Continue with next steps and finish removing card
4) Login to online account again and register your card
5) You will find the offer in the last step of the process (after shoprunner and add additional cardholder steps), add it to your card

I would recommend trying the alternate method first

Alternate Method:

1) Login into account
2) Click on 'My Accounts' on top right
3) Click on 'Add Another Card' or 'Register a new card'
4) Register the same card again
5) You will find the offer in the last step of the process (after shoprunner and add additional cardholder steps), add it to your card

I was able to do it on two accounts. It may be YMMV.

Few days back when I did this, I got 10% off cable or satellite services upto $10. And today I got cellphone bill offer. I have both offers added to my account now.

Note: This won't work for additional card holder accounts

You actually don't have to remove the card. Just add the same card and you can get the offer. I did that by mistake and it gave me the offer.

I did my cash card twice by mistake and got both 10% off cable/satellite tv bill and the 10% on cell phone bill.

But can't seem to get anything but Amazon for my Blue card.

I already had both the offer 10% back on cable(upto $30) and 10% back on cell phone bill(upto $30). I just followed the above steps and got another 10% back on cell phone bill(upto $10). So this is not 10% off, its 10% back[effectively the same]. Now I am wondering if I will get 10% twice or just once.

You should get cash back on both offers. It happened for amex offers in the past. I now have two offers for starbucks on my card. One for 10% and other for 15%

Get 10% of your payment back as a statement credit each time you use your enrolled Card to pay your US cell phone bill online directly with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular or Verizon by 12/31/17. Limit $10 in total credits. See terms for exclusions.

Excludes payments for prepaid cellular phones and prepaid plans. Payments must be made directly with the provider online, via mobile app or by phone. Payments made at retail locations do not qualify. Payments for hardware and non-cellular services are excluded, if not bundled and charged with monthly service bill. Limit $10 in total statement credits per American Express® online account. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 12/31/2017, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Note that American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided/shipped by merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you will not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. By adding an offer to a Card, you agree that American Express may send you communications about the offer.

to make clear - it says you can use this for multiple payments, don't have to do it all at once. or, just prepay your phone to $100 to get the full credit asap
