Did you get email confirmation that a $500 will be sent out to you after certain months or conditions met? How do you know for sure they will send you the $500 gc after 90 days?

no email confirmation about gift card, although she said i should get it. She specifically read me a script that came up on her screen about the giftcard terms and conditions though and im just taking her at her word i guess, same as any other delayed promo

Just stopped by my local Xfinity store. They tell me the $500 gift card is for new customers that sign up for triple play and mobile. The $200 is a rebate from Samsung..
If you already have Xfinity, you do not qualify for the $500 GC...
But you do qualify for the $200 rebate

Do you know if there are other cheap phones that would at least get the $500 GC? I'd be more than happy to buy a $60 phone, turn off data, and stick it in drawer to get the $500 GC 4 months later.

I didn't get email regarding the $500 and $200, although I ordered it from the loyalty department and the agent said I would get them. Is there a way to have something in record? Special thanks to liltricky0001.

Working through the math. Did I get this right?

I need 3 lines. Let's say line 1, I get an iphone X, and the $500 gc makes it $500. For lines 2 and 3, S7 is the cheapest option if I'm looking to BYOD right? Use for 3 months, get $200 gc x2, resell ($150? x2) and use my own phones, net cost is ~$350 for both. That's ~$850 to get a new iphone X and use 2 old phones, which isn't the best deal for the X. But with VZW I'm paying $60/month for access fees, so over a year that's $720 I'd save with XM. That takes the cost down to $130, which is a fantastic deal. The actual phone plans are almost equivalent so I'm not counting it. Am I missing anything? Other than assuming the phones are in stock Frown

Yes, thats what I saw, need to have triple play.. I do have only xfinity Internet.. so any one who actually got it for being just existing internet customer? triple play doesn't make sense you end up paying $90pm for tv etc.. if not needed.

I just got done ordering this myself. I called 1-800-xfinity and asked for "customer support" through the voice menu. I then chose "cancelling" from the three options, and just explained what I wanted from the agent. She had to look it up but attached the code no problem and transferred me to XM sales, who also confirmed the code. Easy peasy.
