currently being worked on. tech is aware and system is being fixed to display correctly. as long as 500 promo noted on acct and being coded on acct it will not be an issue having it processed regardless.
Don't see anything about the $200 Samsung GC. Anyone have confirmation of that?
The guy in the XM Mobile dept said I only qualified for the $500 GC if I were a brand new internet customer (I am not, I have internet and TV for a couple years now).
I called back, got a different Retentions rep, she said Retentions can not set up mobile, it has to be done through mobile department. Transferred me, different mobile guy said it's only for new internet customers.
I'm in MD, and calling the number in OP.
Final edit: Third time was the charm, guy in Retentions said "yeah we do have that deal, and I wish I knew about it when I signed up!" He attached the $500 to my account, and then transferred me to the Mobile dept, who verified that the $500 was showing up in my account and they completed the order.
** DO NOT ** make any mistakes on the xfinity mobile activation web page. I had the wrong account PIN entered by mistake, submitted the activation, waited hours, and heard nothing. Found out today that my phone number got stuck in limbo during the port, and my number is now lost. Sounds like they have a major bug that needs to get fixed there.

I'm trying to make the switch from iPhone. Have tried several times in past but android just never worked as smoothly as Apple. Hopefully will be better this time around.
