samsung promo shows when order is being put in. both as customers ordering thru site as well as reps putting in order.

500 promo is rep side specifically.

currently being worked on. tech is aware and system is being fixed to display correctly. as long as 500 promo noted on acct and being coded on acct it will not be an issue having it processed regardless.

Just called and said "cancel services" into the automated menu, got through to Retention, the guy told me he could not do the deal and he would transfer me to XM mobile department. I said I had heard it needed to be through Retentions, he said that was incorrect and transferred me.

The guy in the XM Mobile dept said I only qualified for the $500 GC if I were a brand new internet customer (I am not, I have internet and TV for a couple years now).

I called back, got a different Retentions rep, she said Retentions can not set up mobile, it has to be done through mobile department. Transferred me, different mobile guy said it's only for new internet customers.

I'm in MD, and calling the number in OP.

Final edit: Third time was the charm, guy in Retentions said "yeah we do have that deal, and I wish I knew about it when I signed up!" He attached the $500 to my account, and then transferred me to the Mobile dept, who verified that the $500 was showing up in my account and they completed the order.

Can someone please answer if I buy Galaxy S8 from xm, can this be used on AT&T network after 90 days of being in service? Can I keep the phone dormant as in only pay limited fee on xm network for 3 months?

already posted in other threads. sim workaround limits service on other carriers. xm phones only work fully on xm service.

Just got my phone today. Activated no problem. There was no seal on the box but the phone came in the retail box. Brand new as far as I can tell.

I'm trying to make the switch from iPhone. Have tried several times in past but android just never worked as smoothly as Apple. Hopefully will be better this time around.

Thanks op for this deal. Hopefully both gift cards come in without any issues.

Not really. Discussion was about LG X and some iPhones. No one discussed about Samsung and especially S8.
