I called customer loyalty/retentions and was told there was no such promotion ($500gc). They told me that xfinity mobile is seperate.
I tried explaining that I had Wireless @ home already but wanted to lower the cost bundled with cell service and asked if they could look specifically for the 500GC promo. No dice.
Needless to say my streak of aggravation with Comcast continues.
