no. never had a fake one. the one mom has is fiber optic and pre lit. it doesn't really look like it can support ornaments.

oh.....ours does very well, actually I think it may do better than a real tree....we dont have a fiber optic tree though, they may be special......how about only using the lighter ornaments on that tree....keep the heavy stuff off of it

I changed it to the smallest size but it's still to big.....no matter what I do, I can't get it to fit Down I might take it out.....but it was still really funny
