Steps
- If you're a Chase cardmember, but don't have Chase Pay, tap Pay in the Starbucks app, then Manage. Then select Edit Payment Methods followed by Add Payment Method and Set Up Chase Pay.
- If you already have Chase Pay, simply tap Pay, then Reload. Make sure that Chase Pay is selected as your payment method and follow the steps to load $20+
- Receive 300 bonus stars within 48-hours.

Just checked my Starbucks [starbucks.com] apps. it shows up on Inbox.
Reward yourself
Load load $20+ with Chase Pay + collect 300 bonus stars
Offer valid November 15-21
Just did this on my Android app.
make sure you have Chase Pay, if not, go to your Chase account to set it up.
From your Starbucks Inbox, once you read the message, click the green "LOAD"
Take you to a new page where you can choose Amount and Payment method
Select at least $20
Tap on drop down menu next to the Payment method to select Chase Pay
It will take you to Chase Pay log-in, enter your log-in & password
Then it will take you back to the Payment Method
Be very careful to RESELECT Chase Pay from the drop down menu to make sure you are using Chase pay for this transaction
Submit the order
Confirm with loading is successful via email (from both Starbucks and Chase pay email accounts)
300 stars should be in your account within 24hrs as per its T&C
