Taylor is counting her concert ticket sales as a part of her album sales lol she's doing what Jay-Z does(in a way, he sells large quantities of tickets to sponsors like Samsung, Budweiser, and Sprint). No one can sell 1.5 million copies in their first week unless it's Adele or maybe Drake if he doesn't do an exclusive release like he did with views on apple music and that still did a mil. Taylor's streaming numbers are pretty weak compared to hits out now. This looks like a power move by her but it's not. Pretty smart though by her marketing team, though

Her concert tickets are going to sell out regardless. Using the ticket system that Bruce Springsteen somewhat used awhile back to sell albums to resellers. In the video she explains the system like it's a great thing. I guess it is for her but resellers can still get through it

Useful note: If you have actually already purchased these (the jewel case is lower than Target's preorder price too), Target will actually give you a price adjustment if you contact them. I bought these for someone else, and was able to get a credit.
