Note: Price will be $175 if you use the $25 off $250 coupon (relatively easy to get)

You can request coupons in this thread
https://slickdeals.net/f/10615284-costco-com-25-off-250-are-back-in-stores

or from the other thread, it seems this works as well
•Go over costco website
•go to live chat
•enter all the info with your membership#
•typing in the message area saying need a $25 off $250 code
•when the agent was available
•she gave it out right away without any questions asked.

Other options:
Also it would be even less by the Google Express first time discount + Amex offer

I've had this model for the better part of the year, got it off Acer's refurbished website for $120

I like this laptop a lot, lightweight, pretty durable aluminum chassis, but not too big of a fan of the brushed aluminum on the lid. The 1080p IPS display is crisp and gets pretty bright - a couple people initially thought I had a macbook on first glance, beats the pants off of TFT. You're not going to find a better display at this price point. Battery lasts all day.

Things I don't like are the keyboard, they feel loose and cheap, it just doesn't feel like nice and stiff like a normal one would. If you type a lot, that might bother you. No dedicated delete button either (press search+backspace), and no home and end buttons.

That's it. Overall, I'd buy it again. Great internet machine. ChromeOS is great, really stable, and the beta branch allows Play Store apps.
if you apply instore they give u a temp card u can use right away

I love Acer. I have the C270 from 2013. I still use it daily up to now for movies and web surfing. Battery is still good too. I have even dropped this Chromebook very hard on wood floor several times... Seriously surprised at sturdy Acer Chromebooks are. I mistakenly got a Samsung Chromebook pro for the pen features over a comparable Acer and I regret it. It feels like it's fragile. I will probably buy an Acer in the future.

Been thinking of getting their citi card as I expect 1 or 2 large appliance purchases soon. Anyone know how long it takes for the card to arrive upon submitting your info? Love the double warranty idea! TIA
