Now this is a great deal!
X370 alone is worth $130, but you also get 2x $20 rebates ($90 AR) plus a nice case with glass side AND a 650W PSU. I would dare calling it a price mistake or at least a deal worthy of a Black Friday. If I would have had a few more slickdeal accounts I would have TU'd in all of them.
BTW mobo rebate is good per item, so if you have purchased something on that list you can use it again for another item.

Psu looks crappy though. Lots of reviews saying it died after a year.

No mention of the PSU any longer. Maybe they pulled it?

Am looking at this looks like a pretty solid start to a budget gaming rig build. The reviews on the motherboard have me a bit concerned though. Anyone know if there is a way to avoid the many problems proclaimed? Has this MOBO been researched to not like certain types of ram and cause issues etc?

That said what as far as video card with a decent ryzen processor would be required for decent 4k play?

It looks like the bios has received several updates to address issues. Should be a solid board at this point. I would purchase memory from the support list on the website.

I wouldn't say it's super ugly, but I am really concerned with the way air gets inside through the front panel. I actually don't see a way for it to get in. A lot of exhaust but bad intake.

Combine this with the groupon $100 + $10 bonus card and 6% cash back on groupon from a popular site with 3% cash back on Newegg (same popular site) and this is a smoking deal!

$94 ( groupon gift $110 card after 6% cash back)
20 (total after 110 gift card)
= 114 - 3.50(3% newegg cash back) - 40 rebates = $70.50 for case/MB/PS

That's a very good point. I can't see enough air intake either.
