Mine is even lower since budget is much tighter. Just Brickheadz and Minifigures and some seasonal sets. Really poor person making the best of it. 😏

They are not. They filed for bankruptcy protection.
I hope Lego gets some more Architecture sets out, they've been starting to discontinue a lot of the landmark kits in favor of skylines, and it's kind of a bummer. Still, my all time favorite: Trevi Fountain.
