idrew4u, sorry to hear this, my experience detailed above was quite the opposite, but things happen. When you go to the site a chat window opens. Since they are located in HK likely.....isnt this the best way to contact them via live chat? Good luck, I am sure it will get sorted out.
you know it might be the employees that are using the codes. since its obvious they have access to them would make alot of since.. i got a replacement of mine. but i had to yell at them in a chat 3 different times. My code was also already redeemed before i got it. Would not go through the hassle again. otherwise I would buy a ton of them
Damn. I was about to buy 6 in one order, but the last few comments made me nervous.
Also, I see that some people are buying each $100 code in separate orders instead of all together in one order. Is there a reason why?
I used reverse-logic. I assumed that if I purchased a larger total ticket amount there would be less margin for error on thier behalf. It is quite possible that because they are cutting and pasting the codes from one portal to your email, that they are accidentally cop
ying and pasting from a window that was used from a previous transaction. The human error factor at play.
It does not appear to be the highest tech at use with this company ,
I gave them a chance and 7 outta 7 worked just fine. All in one email and have been successfully imported / redeemed to my MS account.

Thanks. I might try it later. Still thinking about it for now.

I just bought 5 right now. Like you was super nervous. The showing my ID and then maybe getting a bad code really made me question it. I used PayPal so I said why not. The email came in less than 5 minutes and the codes were there! Didn't need to show proof of ID! Loaded them all to my Microsoft account. (I was nervous while I loaded each code) Boom! $500 for $385. Buying me an Xbox One X.

Thanks. Chat isn't very responsive. I was hoping to verify the codes while chatting. I'm still nervous about buying the codes. I'm gonna use PayPal, so I hope that covers me if I buy.
update: Bought 6 of these with PayPal. I had to send a picture of my ID, with everything except my first and last name covered. I made sure to cover everything that wasn't needed. It's only my first and last name shown, so it didn't bother me. Got the 6 codes soon after, and stayed in chat as I redeemed all codes. They all worked. Told chat that all was good.
I was really nervous after reading the comments, but it worked out in my case. Might be different for others though, judging by the different experiences shared here.
Picked up 300. Did 3 separate transactions. First time they needed copy of ID. 2nd n 3rd went right through and got the codes within minutes. Best price in a while.
Quite literally used MS paint and put a black box over my Driver's License #, Birthday, and Social Security #. He saw my picture, my name, and my address to match up with PayPal.
Wow, wasn't aware some people have their social on it.

Thanks. I'm working on a solution now. Had to contact xbox support for further assistance. I'm pretty sure they are sending codes that are "active" and if not redeemed fast enough, the codes are being sent to other people. My code was redeemed in UTC time zone while I'm in EST time zone.
Mine was too. The issue was finally resolved on my end. I hope you paid with Paypal to help with any disputes. Contacting nokeys customer support what a pain in the butt, constantly disconnecting or ignoring when you try and dispute the issue.
I contacted xbox support and asked them about the gift card details, like when it was purchased. After getting the details, you can hopefully use it to prove you didn't redeem it yourself. (nokeys basically would not take responsibility for a redeemed gift card until you can prove it was redeemed before it was sent to you).
After the threat of escalating to Paypal and showing them screenshots of my conversation with xbox support, they finally sent me a new code. Hope this helps!
