It's energy guide is $22/year. Samsung MU6300 or LG UJ6300 is around $15. Also the screen is warm to the touch compared to the he other 2. While the $ in utility bill is nothing to worry about, the heat can be a concern for thightly insulated homes (if you put this in a smallish bedroom for example). It is not Energy Star rated either, and all this is probably a sign of poor electrical design.
Interestingly, the 49" has the same $22 estimate.
