Based on eBay listings these almost always separate at the back of the neckband. They go "taped" for ~$25 (or less, if the repair is super ghetto.) Hopefully the glue they used to refurbish these is a little stronger. Kind of interested to see how much better these sound than AptX when paired with compatible AptX HD hardware.

My 900 infinum's left side is getting flaky. Been using these lgs for years so it's hard to switch to another manufacturer, but I've been disappointed by how long they last and reviews seem to have a downward trend. Can't see myself stepping down from retractable cords though, so I am really tempted.

Highly recommend - forget they are on my neck.. the APTX sound works great with an LG G5.. battery lasts for ever and charges quick.. call quality is good, fair price for the platinum version 1100

I've always been a fan of the quality. Been using the hbs-730 for 3 Year's now and it still works like it's brand new. Am wanting to upgrade for apt-x though.
