Had my 38 week appt on Friday, and going back today. BP was slightly elevated- norm for me is 90/60 and it was 140/72...Also had some protein in my urine. Went from a fingertip dilated to almost 2 cm since my 37 week appt. Dr also said her head is waaaaaaaaaaay down which explains all the vajayjay pain.

Have to go back today so they can check my urine and BP again. Won't be surprised if they induce me. This is like what happened w/ DD. I'm hoping to be able to put it off until next Thurs or Fri though. Don't want to use up any maternity leave yet!!!

Jengo you can get the TQ's in lots of 20 for $1 plus minimal shipping. Worth it IMO. Normally the Pampers TQ's are wyb dipes and wipes so a straight up dipes q is good. Even with the $2 MQ it takes $4 off dipes.

Back from my appt- BP was good @ 102/60...No protein in my urine...and no more dilated than I was last week. She's staying put for now.

I go back next Tuesday and if I haven't had her by then, we may schedule an induction date for late next week or early the following week. Not more than 2-3 days before my due date.

Went to ob today, 36 weeks, did an internal and now I am watery bleeding and it is freaking me out because we are leaving for the beach friday, my DH's one and only well deserved vaca! This little girly better not mess it up Stick Out Tongue, I have made a pile of things for my MIL to drive down to us should she arrive at the beach, like the removable seat from the mini van, a roof rack and the babies carseat etc. I figure if I am prepared she WONT come so I'll be good to go then Big Grin

I have missed this thread! Cute pics guys! Thrifty he is adorable even with his rash.
My little guy is 8 months now. Oh sheesh he just woke up and is crying, he was supposed to be asleep a few hours for his nap. =( I guess computer time is up for me. I will be reading more of this thread and catching up on all the baby news. Great to be back online hug Ive missed ya all.

Tomorrow will be my last day working! Going to take vaca next week, and not start using my FMLA until Monday, Oct 5th. That will put me off until January 4th. Yay!!!

Not scheduled to go back to the DR until Tuesday, at 39 days 3 weeks. Hoping to see some more progress and either get admitted or schedule an induction at that appointment!
