We have a few teether toys. She likes the real simple ones that go in the freezer but she doesn't really have the hand to mouth coordination to hold it in place.
We are excited for her first Christmas. Didn't buy her much for toys - a couple of things that are 6 month toys so she'll have a couple to grow into. The other ones we got her we just let her play with right away.

How's your baby doing? Lillian is doing great. She's still on the small side. She's 4 months old and she's still in size 1 diapers. She has poor little chicken legs and the bigger sized diapers just leak for her. I still have 3 packages of size 1 diapers so I may have to buy more.
Her eye color is changing! She had the dark blue eyes but they are changing almost everyday it seems. She's got eyes that are hard to describe right now,kinda like a hazel color I guess would be the closest guess.
I am about to start her on oatmeal. Alot of people are saying that they are skipping rice cereal all together because it has empty calories and just gives the baby constipation. I can't wait to see how she does and take lots of pics
Best of all (knocking on wood!!) I FINALLY got one that likes to sleep! She has slept all night since she was three weeks old. Wahooooooo! I am attaching a very fuzzy picture that is about three or four weeks old but for some reason I just LOVE it....
She does have something I have never heard of... tracheal malacia. Basically her windpipe does not stiffen like it should. It isn't dangerous but she makes some strange breathing sounds when she gets excited, sometimes it sounds like she is strangling. We are used to it and forget about it to be honest. I had her with me in a courtroom recently and it was super quiet, she was playing and getting excited. Apparently everyone thought she was strangling to death and got upset we were so calm. Gotta love it!
She's full of smiles and laughs, and so interactive already! It's amazing how they grow. I've loved every minute with her. We bought a video camera last Saturday finally, because we feel like we're missing her as she changes! We use it every day, it's so fun to play back and watch. She sleeps between 8 and 10 hours a night, like a champ. She's also still in newborn diapers because she's got chicken legs like Jengo's Lillian. We're on our 14th pack!
I quit my job so I'm at home with her and I am really loving it. She is so fun and it's amazing to watch her grow and learn. She's starting to notice her feet but hasn't grabbed at them. She also loves to sit, assisted, since she doesn't have the strength or balance yet. She also is "walking" when DH holds her up. She will put one foot in front of the other and walk. It's so cute.
