My suggestion is downloading the JCPenny App and buy a pair of socks on clearance for under $2-3. Any other ideas?

I ended downloading the Wish App which offered new accounts a free gift with 1$ shipping. I paid with Apple Pay. So hopefully this works, will follow up when i get confirmation.

Why not buy $1.00 worth of a stock of your choice in Stockpile, which would cost $1.00 + $0.99 $0.03 = $2.02, and would leave you with that $1 fractional share to cash out later? (You can buy more than $1.00 if you'd like, but be aware that the card fee is a steep 3%)

Seems like the easiest and cheapest method to me, and you can do it anywhere.

Stockpile themselves sent out an email about this promo a few hours ago, and nowhere did they mention a minimum purchase amount.
