Had to call eBay today for an issue on my account (from the last Flash sale) and spoke to a CSR in the Promotions dept. She gave me the inside scoop on tomorrow's upcoming 1-day Flash Sale.

Stack with the Samsung Pay 10% deal to sweeten the deal!
Just open the SamPay app and go to Store. There you will see $75 eBay GC's for 10% off - the limit is 2 per day. Yes these stack with the coupon, they worked for me last flash sale no problem.

1. No restrictions - valid on any items
2. Only exclusions from categories: Coins & Paper Money, Gift Cards & Coupons, and Real Estate
3. Must use the eBay mobile app - Will NOT work online!
