I've been trying to do the sip and scan thing on chrome. At first, I had no trouble. However, two days ago, I couldn't get the button to come up for anything. Yesterday same thing. Today not looking any better.

Anyone else have trouble with this? Any ideas on how to fix this? I have cleared cashe, deleted the link/added the link. I think it has to do with the being always logged in, but I don't know why its giving me fits.

Seriously? What then is the purpose of a wiki, if not for easy access to pertinent information at a glance? "Having to pay attention to a thread on a regular basis?" Concerns about "lurkers?" Who cares? Is this a clique or something? :roll eyes:

Someone's got way too much time on their hands if they think that kind of devotion to a single thread on a forum warrants that kind of attention.

Used Walmart Pay today, it actually printed out a receipt when I only used gift cards. Must have updated the point of sale systems.

Question - hoping maybe someone else here has the same issue. Trying to use Walmart GC from prior coke promos {as well as swagbucks and such}, loaded to my walmart pay account. Worked fine before, but now I get an error at the register "for your security, we cannot allow you to pay". And locks up the register, even when alternate payment is used.

Any ideas? I still have a bunch to use. It's NOT the GC, as the one I was able to bring up digitally and have them scan worked just fine. So it's clearly a Walmartpay error

Umm..how did I start it? You complained about Sip and Scan allowing others to do what you have done for a decade.

Again..ANYONE here who has even ONE account that is not for them (meaning that they do 2 accounts and keep the items for both is violating the TOS of the program. And anyone saying "But he's violating it MORE" is just pathetic...and hypocritical. And even more so for people who are saying "It's not fair! OTHERS are now going to get to take advantage of the situation as much as I've been! And I wanted it all to myself!" That is nothing but hypocrisy. And I'm sorry to put a mirror in front of your face, but I am not the reason why you didn't like the reflection you saw.

My god..the Sip and Scan didn't even HURT you with Target unless you were dumb enough to not do your accounts early on. IT isn't as if they were going to open it up to more than one per account. You got your $5 per account, so it didn't hurt you one bit. And if you are saying that it hurts for future promotions..then again, people like you were the reason why MCR is dead and why it had virtually nothing to redeem for for the last several years. So you are literally the LAST person that can complain about other people making the program less viable and therefore making Coke cut back on what they offer. I don't get to get free 12 packs anymore because others were getting 100+. But I don't whine like a baby about it because I was getting 30-40 myself. Can't complain that someone else was doing it to a greater extent than I was.

Because again..I notice you didn't respond to the question of if you would be OK with a program that required proof of purchase to make sure people are using the program as intended ad not entering codes that they obtained without purchase. Because of COURSE you wouldn't. Just ADMIT that you only care about Sip and Scan because it hurts YOU. (And actually, it DOESN'T hurt you. It simply helps others more than it helps you. So you are literally the person who would stupidly refuse a gift of $20 if it meant someone else got $100 because you would think it wasn't fair for them to get more.) Not that it isn't fair.

Coke is desperate for members in this promo since lots of folks probalby quit MCR all together when they switch.

How do I know they want to attract more members ?

I use a chromebook and haven't had any problems. Are you using the work-around (open a new window, more tools>developer tools>uncheck) method?
