Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old, are an Orbitz Rewards program member, and have an Instagram account. If you are not an Orbitz Rewards program member, you will need to create an account prior to a prize being awarded.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on Friday, November 24, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 (the "Entry Period").
How to Enter: If you don't already follow @Orbitz on Instagram, visit http://Instagram.com/Orbitz and click on the icon to follow @Orbitz. Once you are following, and during the Sweepstakes Period, create your own Instagram post using the hashtag #CallMeSweepstakes in the caption, and tag a friend and you will be entered for a chance to win.
Submission Requirements: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE THAT THE POST COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND/OR THE INSTAGRAM RULES.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby warrants and represents that any Post he/she submits:
A. is original to him/her;
B. does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
C. the account will need to be made public to see the specific hashtag;
D. will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party; and
E. is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: nudity; alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of Sponsor); personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of Sponsor; any identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsor); conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other comment that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
A prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prizes:
One (1) winner will receive a Grand Prize of Two (2) round-trip coach class flights for winner and a guest to Rome, Italy, $750 in Orbucks, which will be deposited in the winner's Orbitz Rewards account, and a Call me by your name movie poster signed by the cast. If you are not an Orbitz Rewards member, you will need to create an account prior to a prize being awarded.
One (1) winner will receive a First Prize of: Winner's choice of a private screening of the movie Call Me by Your Name by the winner and up to 25 guests at a movie theatre in the winner's hometown or at a theatre in the closest major metro market plus a movie poster signed by the cast OR a flight valid for round-trip travel in the continental U.S. on Orbitz' choice of airline (book by March 31, 2018, travel by Jan. 15, 2019) plus a movie poster signed by the cast. Private screening (if selected by the First Prize winner) and signed movie posters and books are to be provided by Sony Pictures Classics.
Five (5) winners will each receive a Second Prize of: Call Me by Your Name book signed by the cast.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of prizes: Grand Prize: USD$2,910 ($2,160 flights + $750 Orbucks) although the actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure, travel itinerary, and costs of air transportation at time of award; First Prize: Private screening: $570 (26 movie tickets x $20 per person = $520 + $50 signed movie poster) OR $480 ($430 flight + $50 signed movie poster); Second Prize: $125 (5 signed books = $25 x 5). Total ARV of all prizes is $3,605.
