ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, but excluding all other territories and possessions): (a) who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (nineteen [19] years of age in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one [21] years of age, in Mississippi), whichever is older, at the time of entry; (b) who, as of January 21, 2018, have at least $50,000 in student loans, in the form of federal loans from the U.S. Department of Education and/or private loans issued by a financial institution for the purpose of financing a post-secondary education; and (c) who have a minimum of a bachelor's degree.



There is a limit of one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period. A "day" is defined as starting at 12:00 AM (midnight) ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on a calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period, except on January 22, 2018 when a day is defined as starting at 12:00 PM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET.



PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
Prizes (three [3]): Winners will each receive a check for $25,000 to pay off his or her student loans (individually, the "Prize," collectively, the "Prizes"),
Approximate Retail Value: The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is $25,000.The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $75,000.
