I got this link in mail today. It leads to a page where you get to add one seemingly randomly selected episode from a few Audible Comedy shows to your cart for free. I looked around and found out that you can actually add the entire seasons of those shows and other Audible shows to your cart for free.
Audible has several original shows and comedies available for paying subscribers in Audible Channel. Now entire seasons of those shows are available in main Audible service, outside channels. If you are not a member, you can buy each show season for ~ $25. But if you are a member, you get to "buy" those seasons for free today. And if you cancel your membership later, you still get to keep those in your library.
I think these are free anyway. Audible channel stuff is always free.
I think its only free if you are a subscriber, because normally its stream only I think. For example the "Butterfly Effect" was for subscribers only for the first few months. However a few months ago they did say they where releasing some of the original stuff like the "Butterfly Effect" for free, didn't know they where going to do it with a lot of others.
See, I didn't even know that Audible did originals. After looking at the titles, I still don't think that they're got much. Still, nothing wrong with free - maybe Christmas Carol.
If you filter the search to recordings under an hour, you'll find some additional freebies (a few in this list do cost, so look before you buy). These may be things that are always free, I don't know, but I found a few interesting things I wasn't aware of.
For instance, How to be Amazing[audible.com] episodes are free, featuring guests like David Sedaris and Amy Schumer.
Each book has a link that says something like "audible original" or "audible comedy" or something similar. If you click on the link to each book you'll get a list that has even more free books.
Also, don't add too many books to your cart and checkout. I got a processing delay when I tried to check out with 178 books.
Edit: FYI, I don't currently have an audible membership.

If this were reddit I would give you gold for that. actually LOL'd
Same here, even during checkout, they're still $25 for me
I have an account and signed it but still not being free for me
How did you guys get it to work?
Here's the best link I've found so far for the publisher "Audible Comedy" https://www.audible.com/a/search?...d=1&page=1 that has some additional titles not listed by OP as of the time of this edit.
That's a nice find. I wasn't able to find a central link for all Audible Original shows.
BTW, in that link, all entries that have episode or volume numbers in them are already part of the entire season of that show. For example, "Punchlines Volume IV: An Epic Hour of Stand-Up", "Punchlines Volume V: The Weekender", "Ep. 7: Fresh From the Clubs (Punchlines)" etc are all already part of "Punchlines[audible.com]". Same thing applies for Wedlock episodes too.

That's how I had seen it too. You have to be a paid subscriber to get all these for free and then you can keep them after you cancel your subscription. But multiple people reported that they are able to get these for free even when they are not paid members. So, I'd say it is 50-50 chance for non paid members.
