Emeryville, CA store said I had to bring the email up on my phone before they would accept. Tried several registers and got the same response.

same reaction here in PA, they wanted to see my phone for the original email which was sent from IKEA and my ID matching the birth month...

I tried explaining them that this is not the birthday promo but the samsung promo, but no go...
