Sweeeet!!! If you're looking for a great set of high end headphones, you need look no further. They've addressed the minor quibbles folks had in the gen one sets, and this German designer and manufacturer has really done themselves proud. The build quality is second to none as well. At this price, you should jump on them ASAP!!!

Awesome deal!

I bought the T1 (1st gen) used as my first ever "high end" headphone and really loved them. Sure they can be rather bright in many tracks, which actually seems to be the Beyerdynamic sound, but they're so amazingly detailed and smooth. Amazing for anything vocal, especially female vocals or anything with pronounced mids.

I ended up selling them off because the headband was peeling after 4 years of use (including previous ownership and mine combined) and the cables were slightly damaged; the 1st gen did not have removable cables like the 2nd gen. Beyer wanted to charge me something like $350 for repairing them. However, I couldn't really afford that as a broke college student. I only had enough money saved up to buy them, not repair them.

Anyways, out of all the headphones I've heard or owned (including the HD800 which I absolutely adore), I missed the T1 the most. Needless to say, I couldn't pass this up. LMAO
