Good evening! We have an upcoming online survey about healthcare for men and women between the ages of 64-66.
If you meet the desired profile for this study, you will be emailed a link to complete an online survey consisting of reviewing some materials related to healthcare,
and answering 5-10 questions regarding your experiences and opinions.
If invited, you will have until Tuesday, February 27th at 4:00 pm central time to complete this survey,
but we encourage you to complete as soon as possible after receiving the link in case you have any questions or issues.
Once we confirm satisfactory completion of the survey,
you would be emailed an Amazon gift card for $15 as a Thank-you!
