This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I love canon digitals. Canon or sony. That's my DH's choice too and he's a photographer. The kodaks just seem to die too fast from what my friends/family tell me.
I agree Canons are the best. (I used be an electronics sales girl) Nikons have really slow shutter speed which sucks with kiddos. Sonys are good but the memory sticks (memory card it takes) are a little more pricey. Kodaks are cheap, literally in price and quality, best for beginners and starter cameras. Canons are great because they are easy to use, reasonably priced, and take wonderful pictures! I will never buy another brand camera!

I know! I try to focus on perfecting one deal at a time, I am finding it hard to multi-task. Plus, I am still pretty new at this.

Oh well, maybe next time.
Same here. I when I started I was only doing WAG deals, then they started being hard a$$e$ on internet coupons and such and then they were getting robbed a lot...
so I decided to change over to Target. I occasionally head over to that thread but i try to stay with 1 thing @ a time or I started getting frustrated!

I paid $99.99 for the camera and dock 2 years ago so I got my moneys worth out of it but now, I cant use the flash... if I have the flash set to on or auto, the screen freezes and it doesnt keep my pic Frown I have lost some great family shots that way. The $149.99 for the Canon is doable, thanks to glade. I dont mind spending more but getting a better camera.

I am moving the rayovac chat over here from deals...I guess people do not understand that when a manufacturer puts out a printable coupon they only expect a certain amount to be redeemed when 100 people buy 100 at 1 time that is already 10,000 right there. It just attracts too much attention and the the manufacturer pulls the q...like others q in the past...or will not put out another great q in the future. People who do not coupon regularly or just do hot deals are the people who mess it up for the people using the q's all the time!! Angry

Does anyone happen to know if Target sells those plastic milk crates, and a ballpark price? I'm wondering if I've just seen them when they have the "dorm room" gear out, or if they sell them all year round with their other storage containers. Thanks very much - this info could save me a trip today!

I totally agree with you!

Just like the greeting card coupon, and all the poeple in HD, using no other coupons and trying to use 2 or 3 per transaction.

I just wanted to stop long enough to say that the Gla day deal lured me into T from my other couponing adventures. Now that has lured me into SD, but I feel like I need a guide or a mentor or something. I never realized how immense the world of SD could get--and some of you are pretty funny.

I know someone mentioned it before, but Gain is TPC $5.04 at my Target. It is a P&G product nod Also goes towards your coupon booklet wyb $50 worth of P&G products. HTH

I've wondered that as well about them adjusting down a coupon to remove overage. It's a sticky wicket, definitely. Doesn't Walmart already do this, deduct a coupon value from the return?
WalMart doesn't adjust for coupons when returning items. Although if you are buying stuff with coupons and it's obvious that you are returning just to make money getting the full amount back, your return will be denied. Trust me, I work the returns desk there. I may be a traitor for coming into this thread, haha shake head
