Also, I've had issues with panic attacks in the past, but I would always start to "feel" my heartbeat more when I'm pregnant, and most people's hear rate increases with pregnancy, so that could make it feel different for you.

I know our hearts are working a lot harder being preggers, I can't remember for sure but a extra 5 pounds of blood and something like plus a few miles of new veins to pump blood through. BTW my lipids were all really high, kinda scary high, but then they said that is normal during pregnancy to have them high, but maybe not that high, and they want to test again at 6 weeks post to compair.
