My teeth are doing good, I felt great today but still took it pretty easy. I have this nasty taste in my mouth though. Yesterday all I tasted was blood. I would take back the blood taste over this.

Swirl gently! warm salt water in your mouth. My Oral Surgeon told me 1/2 tsp salt (table is fine) to 8oz warm water. Swirl and spit, repeat with the whole cup. I noticed that it helped get rid of the nasty taste. I had a nastier taste in my mouth the last two days and I am finding out that my lower hole is infected slightly. He said the salt solution will keep it from getting infected and so inflamed. Tomorrow is day 3 for you, correct? Just a fair warning, be prepared!
I would not take back the blood taste, LOL. I barfed so much monday/tuesday because of the blood!
I had my wisdom teeth removed on Monday. Holla had (hers, im assuming, i hope i am right!) hers removed on Wednesday I believe.

I had 2 dog collars, a pair of flip flops and a box of andes. Total was $13.86. I was paying with $10 in giftcards and $3.86 in cash.
Manager came over as soon as she saw me walking towards register. That was fine, I had NO coupons, I just needed the dog collars. I get up and put my stuff on the belt. She then gets up in my face and demands to see my coupons. I told her I had none, the items I had did have any coupons matching their purchase. She starts talking right up in my ear and spitting all over me. YOU HAVE COUPONS WHERE ARE THEY GIVE THEM TO ME NOW! I told her to back off, I had no coupons and pulled out my giftcard and $100 bill. I said this is how I will be paying. She said GIVE ME YOUR COUPONS NOW. I told the cashier please ring me up so that I can leave. She told the cashier, do not dare until I see its coupons. That is when I went postal. She called me IT. WTF. I clearly look like a woman! I told the cashier to give me my stuff, he rang it up and I left. I have never been so outraged in my life! I admit I called her some nasty names, I just lost it. She made me so upset. I am calling the DM back first thing Monday morning. This b word needs to lose her job.
I would call the DM asap. Is this a store mgr or a LOD?
When I was an Assistant Mgr @ OD I would never every dream of acting like this to customers!
Especially with the economy right now they can't afford to lose any customers! Even if we spend $1 oop that is $1 more they have then if we went to walmart!!

Anyway, my infection ended up going all the way into my neck (which is why I ended up back in the hospital - they were afraid the swelling would effect breathing), You mentioned salt water but they also gave me this super strong anitbac mouth wash (same thing they probably had you swish right before they knocked you out). They gave me a huge bottle of it and this curved syringe thing so that I could actually shoot it into the site. I was worried about causing the scab to fall off and get dry sockets but when I mentioned it he laughed and said, "you should wish for dry sockets right now." If I had it to do over, I would never do it again. They weren't bothering me but DH was getting ready to retire from the military and if I did it before he retired it was free.
Oh, one last thing. If they have to numb you again while you still have the infection, make them bring out the big guns. They had to scrape the bone (sorry, I know it's gross) and they gave me Novocaine and when they started I about came out of the chair! They then tell me that Novocaine doesn't work when you have an infection and it can be really hard to numb it. I explained that they wouldn't be touching me again without knocking me out and then they injected something else that they promised would numb it. It worked but I don't know why they didn't just use that in the first place! Anyway, hopefully you won't have to have anything else done but just something to remember.
