not to mention you need to enter you zipcode to see if you qualify

Participant Eligibility Requirements
-Participants must reside in a single-family residence in Fresno County.
-Participants must have a working, in-ground irrigation system.
-Participants must have 32 zones or less; limit of two 16-zone controllers per participant.
-Participants must not already have a Rachio Smart Sprinkler Controller.
-If participants choose direct installation, they must be present during the audit and installation of the controller.
-If participants choose self installation, they must install the controller at the reported property address within 2 weeks of receiving it, or participants will be responsible for the entire cost of the Rachio Smart Sprinkler Controller.
