Brickseek is generally accurate on pricing and Walmart doesn't follow any pattern for price drops so chances are they are actually that price. They might not be labeled that way in the store but should ring up correctly.
I have 2. These have been on clearance for long time, this is maybe the 3rd repost.
It is heavily insulated and I believe the reviews that say it keeps ice for 36 hours; that is outstanding for a $10-$15 soft cooler. Shoot, a foam cooler is often ~$5. It is sturdy, bulkier than a less insulated cooler and the zipper is stiff.
Many of the poor reviews are because of the stiff zipper. Tip from another thread: run a waxy black crayon along the zipper teeth to lubricate it.

When I bought mine, the local store web site price was $10, brickseek was $10, and the price checker in the aisle showed $10. Zoolert said $47.
At the register, it was $47. Kept insisting and they finally gave it to me for the $10.
Got mine in January for $10 I think. They've been on a sale for 3 months or so. You gotta take care of the zipper, it seals well, but can break easily.
Great deal at $13 regardless of negative reviews (hard zipper, fluid may leak into bag. Good for trips to costco, out, etc. definitely not some deep sea fishing cooler

Thanks and reps for the comment and tip on the waxy crayon.
I tried the zipper in store and decided not to buy because it had unusual friction and needed considerable force to operate, which means that it would break pretty soon.
Just picked it up. There were about 20 on the shelf and all still had the original $86 price tag. Grabbed one and did the price scanner, came up as $13 so I went and checked out.

For $13, this is a no brainer.
