You did it wrong. And applying with your SSN had nothing to do with your decline. Don't pretend to have an elaborate business that you can't back up - even if you can stretch it to seem kinda plausible.

What you should have done (and could do in 30 days if you wish to reapply) is to simply apply as a "Sole Proprietor". From that point, pick a category/subcategory that makes sense for you, put minimal levels of income and years in business. I have gotten 3 Chase business cards doing exactly that (2 using my SSN, the 3rd with an EIN), as have a large number of other people - oddly enough, it is easier to get approved following those steps than for legitimate small business owners applying for their businesses.
That one has an annual fee and requires $5k spending from what I can see, but the CB and bonus amount are indeed better.
When I signed up years ago, basic Ebay sellers were viewed as a business. Today YMMV but I still have the card.

One thing to know, the buyer protections granted to customers of non-business VISA cards may not come with the business card. You may want to check carefully before using this card for higher risk purchases.

you can call reconsideration and see if they are willing to transfer some of you personal credit card limit to the new one.
You can't move credit limits between personal and business cards with chase.

You can lower your personal limit if the issue is you're hitting Chases "overall" cap though.

"We have received your request for a Chase credit card. We'll let you know our decision by U.S. mail. This could take up to 30 days.

Thank you for choosing Chase."

Used "Sole Proprietor" with business income of "$1000" and annual income around $50K from my actual job.

Am I looking at a decline from them?

I was declined reason being i have too much personal credit open among all my CC's. Anyone have any experience with this? Anything i can do to have Chase reconsider?
I had max exposure from Chase with personal from last time I applied for CSR and they shifted around credit from my personal cards.

This time it got approved without any shifting...

So I have no idea what to tell you.

If the reason is being over 5/24 rule then there is nothing you can do...the only exception is if one of those is from an you being added as an authorized user and you explain to them that you don't use that card (worked for me once), otherwise you need to wait until you are under 5/24

"Yes" is the correct answer.

No one asked what Chase's official stance was.
You may prefer to not have all the information but I, and many others, do. Give people the complete picture and let them make their own decision on whether they want to use it for personal spend.

Some people want to follow the rule and will not want to use it for personal spend if it's against the terms of the card.

"all of the information" is that nobody cares what you buy with the card.

Including Chase.

The terms are there because they are legally required to say that, because some consumer protections on personal cards don't exist for business cards- and they don't want to get sued if someone uses the business card for a personal expense and then claims they weren't aware they lost consumer protections by doing so.

But beyond that CYA on their part they could not care less if you put your personal expenses on a business card. At all.

You can tell because literally nobody has ever had a problem doing it.

You're completely missing the point of giving people the total picture and letting them make their own decision. Some professions are held to higher ethical standards (doctors, CPAs, etc.) so we try to make life decisions to follow the rules. You absolutely don't need to live your life that way and it's completely fine but the complete picture is always appreciated when making decisions.

Also, unless you're a Chase spokesperson please spare me your view on what Chase's stance is, especially when it goes against their written policy. Not sure why you're up in arms on me pointing out the written policy is ABC.

I've applied and received two chase cards in the past 6 months, CSR and Marriott, but no other cards from chase or other banks, what's the odd that I will receive this one? 800+ credit score.
