Costco has a BOGO promotion on T-Mobile with the S9 for $679.
The S9+ is available for $799. However the rebate card maximum is $679 only.
Rebate needs to filled online and you get a cash card back for the amount. New line of service needed, but I think you can cancel once you get the cash card back. Need to confirm this with TMobile.
Better than the direct TMobile offer with Bill credits.

Also this deal is still good because a t-mobile samsung galaxy s9 is on sale from costco for $679.99 compared to t-mobile or samsung selling it for $720.
Wow I didn't know about the 40 days to unlock requirement. I was just going to buy both phones from costco in cash and connect them to my t-mobile account and call 1 week later to have them unlocked so that I can give them to my uncles who are on verizon.
Thanks for the info I repped you.

Got a question for you (or anyone else). I'm on simple choice unlimited. Is there any reason why I shouldn't switch to the tmobile one (unlimited) plan? Any benefit staying on simple choice? I was getting a corporate discount but lost that (ended up getting a veterans discount instead) so my plan is still pretty good (75 bucks for 1 line plus 2 250mb data plans for tablets)
For me, an extra line was only $10 a month ($25 - $5 autopay - $10 kickback), so I only paid about $30 to $40 before I cancelled the new line.
NOTE: THIS IS THE DEAL WITH T-MOBILE so the promotion may not be the same for Costco.

Pay the required down payment and any applicable device taxes at time of purchase for each smartphone.
Remain active and in good standing on a voice rate plan, with active EIP.
Who is eligible for this offer?
New or existing T-Mobile Consumer customers and T-Mobile for Business customers that have an active voice plan, add two new lines (new customers) or at least one new line (existing customers) of service and purchase any two Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ or Galaxy S8 Active smartphones on EIP will qualify for a discount on the second smartphone of $720.
When will I receive my bill credit?
Once your account is verified you will start to see a monthly bill credit, typically by your second bill cycle.
Is there a limit to how many times I may take advantage of this offer?
You may get up to six discounted devices with the purchase of six non-discounted devices after 24 monthly bill credits per consumer account.
I'm a T-Mobile for Business customer. Is there a limit to how many times I can take advantage of this offer?
Business customers with 50 or fewer lines can take advantage of this offer. Business customers are limited to six discounted devices with the purchase of six non-discounted devices after 24 monthly bill credits, subject to credit approval.
If the device I ordered is on backorder, do I still qualify for this offer?
Yes, as long as you meet all of the offer criteria and purchase the devices within the promotional window, you qualify for the offer.
If I have JUMP! or JUMP! On Demand, can I still get this promotion?
If you have JUMP!, and are eligible to perform an upgrade, you may take advantage of this promotion.
If you have JUMP! On Demand (JOD), you will need to close out and move off of JOD and onto EIP to be eligible for this promotion.
I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ or Galaxy S8 Active smartphones before you started this promotion. Am I eligible?
This limited-time offer is valid only for purchases made starting March 30, 2018. But we always have amazing promotions and offers, so check out our deals page for more great offers. If you purchased any of these devices between March 1, 2018 and March 29, 2018 you may be eligible for the 2018 Samsung GS9 Launch or Business 2018 Samsung GS9 Launch. You can check details of those offers here under the prior offers section.
I recently canceled a line on my account. Am I eligible for this promotion?
No. If you cancelled a line on or after March 28, 2018, you are not eligible for this promotion. However, you can restore a recently cancelled line and add an additional line to participate.
Why do I have to pay a down-payment?
A lot of factors go into deciding what devices will require down payments. If out of pocket costs are a concern for you, please work with your mobile expert to explore all device options.
Why did down payments change?
In the spirit of simplicity, we have aligned EIP payments so they will be easy-to-remember, round, consistent numbers on your bills. To do that, we had to make down payment adjustments (even for well-qualified customers). In some cases, a small down payment may be required to provide you with that simple, consistent monthly bill.
May I combine this BOGO with other offers?
Yes! This offer may be combined with other active offers, your Mobile Expert can review all available offers with you or check out our Deals page. However, this offer cannot be combined with Carrier Freedom or Get Out of the Red (#GetOutOfTheRed).
