My home address, email and phone number get permanently banned, and I noticed they use your name, home address, computer hardware information, IP and credit card etc to detect multiple accounts, kinda like what Paypal does. If you create a new account with all new information, then in a B&M Sears store you use a credit card that has the banned address as billing, your newly created account will get banned.
I called Shopyourway to get my 4 accounts merged, but I still cannot order anything online for my home address, orders instantly get cancelled with an error message reads "Your order #xxxxxxxx could not be processed due to the identification of multiple Shop Your Way® accounts, a violation of the program's terms and conditions, or terms of use violations for sears.com or kmart.com."
Now I have to use my parents' address and another phone number to order online or go to my local Sears store. Please learn from my lesson, don't be too greedy!

Kmart rocks!!!
No other store has a rewards program like this. Don't like it then don't shop at kmart or sears. Don't knock it for the rest of use who are enjoying it.
