It's pretty good. It has a sensor with it so it can detect if you left the door opened and alert you it can also autolock when it senses the door is closed. Bluetooth connects pretty easily. Wifi also connects pretty easily. It's easy to add people to the lock to give them access.

It has auto unlock so it unlocks when you approach but I don't live in a great neighborhood so disabled that just in case it malfunctions Smilie
The bridge adds wifi capability. Otherwise you just have bluetooth. It's useful for say if you want to unlock or lock outside of bluetooth range.

This is a good price. I paid 50 for the bridge and 160 for the lock two months back :-/
Is the android compatibility fixed yet for geofencing? I bought the 2nd gen, and it never worked. The app was just flooded with people saying how garbage it was. Lock worked manually fine, but geofencing is the single reason I wanted it.

I have the first gen lock, is it worth upgrading? As far as I know the only real differences are small improvements and door sense.

I have a schlage sense that's been crapping out on me.. thinking about replacing it, how does this hold up in the works of smart locks?

What happens when it auto locks you outside and you don't have your cell phone with you? Seriously.

It maintains your current exterior lock, s you use your current key.

To me this is better because it doesn't look like a smart lock from the outside and people don't mess with it

It doesn't have a front a keypad in the front. Just the dead bolt. So you have to carry a key just in case but it alerts you when the battery is low

I've never bought anything from this place before. Anyone have any bad experiences?
