OK. So we know what everyone looks like and what everyone does for a living. This thread will be about your pets.

I have two dogs, Bailey and Kayla. Here is a recent pic of them. Don't make fun of Bailey's shirt, he had an allergic reaction to some shampoo and needs to wear it until he stops itching at it.

The thing with cats is that you have to earn their affection and respect. They are very picky about who they love. Whereas dogs will love anyone who pets them.

Hubby was slightly scared of cats until he spent some time around my two cats. Now he's a bigger cat lover than I am. Once you get to know a cat, you're hooked!

Thank you Vilma hug This is a very nice thread and I'll have to spend hours reading all of the different posts. We don't have any cats just dogs. We didn't choose them, they just fell into our lives. I've "cat-sat" for lot's of friends and find cats elegant and independent. My Mother always had cats, her last one was Gracie (after the old George Burns show). Gracie died of old age at 15 and my Mother was just grief stricken. It kinda surprised me at the time because she used to complain about her being fussy all the time. She never got over it.

This sounds corny but I believe it. Children and animals are God's gifts to us. It's up to us to take care of them in every way. nod

I wish I had a video camera. I think my digital camera does short videos. Maybe I could get MM to give me a tutorial.. Anyhow, my friend found a video from like 8 years ago, and we watched it this weekend.. It makes me really really wish we had one for those 7 years in between! We all looked so young. And thin.LOL!

you should try it! I used my digital camera for the video I made Scratchchin now if I could only figure out how to record sound too!

Hrmm.. Maybe I'll try it and see.. I'm so incredibly technologically illiterate. I used to be OK with it, but for the longest time I couldn't comprehend that you had to push "shut down" to turn the computer off. I thought you just turned it off. Oops.
