I have $20 in points from previous similar offer.
To my surprise, it shows those valid for a year.

Actually this is consistent with T&C I see online, i.e.

Bonus Points Offer: Promotional points members earn on top of base points. Bonus points are valid for 7 to 365 days after purchase date. Exclusions and limitations apply.

Which is a lot more attractive than terms listed in OP.

The terms state that it works in-store too "at select Kmart stores." I asked at my local Kmart store and they told me it was online only. Maybe they are not a select store. LOL.

I just read the exclusions: Excludes Pharmacy, grocery, alcohol, tobacco, pet products, paper products, cleaning supplies, laundry care, air care, diapers, baby wipes, food storage, garbage bags, healthcare, beauty, stationery, batteries, books & magazines, greeting cards, and party supplies.

That's about 99% of what I buy at Kmart. Maybe it works on automotive, tools, oil, etc.? Those are other "go to" items that I like to buy for these kinds of deals.

This is ridiculous. Try to by some Extreme Grip Tools, the Freecash works for the full price tools but not any discounted tools.

FYI, I placed an order last week when they had this deal and had issues because I used freecash, points & GC. Even though even AFTER the freecash & points, I was OVER $40, it disqualified me from getting the $20 cashback points. Spend over an hour fighting them to get the points.

SO, in the end, they could not give me a clear cut reason why I was disqualified.
My Guess: I used GC's OR I used an affiliate link to place my order. (ie, eb@te$)

Just a tip if you are placing an order to maybe not do either of those things.

It's a misleading offer, as Kmart says it's "sitewide", yet in addition to all the posted exclusions, your items must be "sold by Kmart", and NOT "sold by Sears". This despite on individual product pages for items (e.g. tools) "sold by Sears" it shows $20 bonus points etc.

On the other hand, "Extreme Grip Tools" are a tad gimmicky to start with imo.

this is a bs offer, I spent 50.00 and 2 days later they said i only had 15.00 in points...just another way for them to get you to spend money its bs
