Any worker is entitled to breaks long enough to walk to a bathroom without resorting to peeing in a bottle no matter how much you push yourselves compared to the great Bezos. This is basic human rights and important for public health.
They won't have to worry about it much longer. Soon they will all be replaced by robots and other automation. Then they can stay home near their own bathroom all day waiting for their unemployment money to get direct deposited into their account.

you should blame amazon's computer. Those Amazon wh poor people that have to scan all the items when they prepare customers order.
If the computer says it's the right item, wh workers put it in the box.
& exactly who wrote the software used by those computers?

He applied for amazon launchpad and was turned down.

Letter simply said "That's a Gatorade bottle, not a portable bathroom. No one will spend $79.99 on that".
Haha. Coicidentally, I work at an Amazon fullfillment center doing the food service. Our comapny storage area is adjecent to a breakroom from which one must walk a good distance to a restroom, as well as go through security again to come back. Intead, I piss in a gatorade bottle.

"Stuff like practically frisking warehouse workers on the way out AFTER they're off the clock,"

How else would you keep rampant theft under control? Should Amazon simply let employees walk out with whatever items they like to be good to their employees?

"not fixing the stifling warehouse conditions that're causing the workers to pass out"

If this ever actually happened, it was probably a one-off. The Amazon warehouse I work in is kept in tip top shape at all times, across the board. In fact, I once complained about a breakroom being too humid all the time (on one of the numerous employee concern white boards) and it was fixed the next day.

Rampant theft? According to who? Funny how every normal company trusts their employees enough to let them come and go without having to waste their own personal time after clocking out to go through security. The Amazon Gestapo would have to tackle me to make me waste one nanosecond of my own time so they could violate my Fourth Amendment rights. Sadly so many are willing to bend over and take it without lube just for the "privilege" of keeping these scumbag billionaires(see: Bezos, Eddie Lampert that owns Sears) making ever more money.
