This isn't a great deal, but not a bad deal nonetheless. I picked up the 1600 @ Microcenter last week for $145.99 after using a $5 off in-store coupon from RetailMeNot and that Amazon is currently selling this for $279.99.
I know eBay isn't the most reputable buying place, but these drives have recently been sold (new) for roughly 250, and the 1600 at microcenter sells for 150, which makes this price (if you are in a tax free state) right in the sweet spot if you were looking for these two items. If you were thinking about selling one or the other, you'd be hard pressed to get better than fair-market price. I appreciate the post, but it's not for me with the micron 1100 2tbs that pop up from time to time for roughly 280. I know it's an apples to oranges comparison, but if you really need the extra speed, I feel you would be looking at nvme ssd. And the write endurance on the micron is fine though the warranty isn't quite as good (~3 yr vs *5 yr (*or 600tbw))
