YMMV, but saw these on clearance at my local ToysRUs for $149.99 plus an additional 10% off for a "Manager's Special".

Not sure if this is just at this store or others as well. I paid a total of $146.13 after tax. Worth checking out as these were originally $499.99.

*UPDATE* 5/12: Based on the comments, these could be marked down to $124.99, or even as low as $99 depending on the location

*UPDATE* 5/17 Seems to be $124.99 or less everywhere now

Hmm... So it is around 46% or $135+tax ($145). Stores seem to have a lot. Probably best to wait...? Will probably go down to at least $99 everywhere soon...

I was able to pick one up in Madison, TN for $146. They had about 8 of them sitting in front of the cash registers on display.

In Sacramento, CA the store said they had sixty of them. So there's a good chance the price goes down even more.

It was Arden. Holy crap. They sold a lot in a week. Ok, maybe I need one for my two year old. I really don't but now I want one.

So they had 8 on the floor but another 50 in back. Apparently these things just didn't sell like they had anticipated. The manager said one store he knows of has 116 of them still!!

I could see these going 60-75% off in the next month if they don't move at this price point.

I agree that $99 is probably the price point they fly off the shelves, and the lowest they go. I bought two today at $125 after reading your post. One for the daughter and one for....I have no clue.

But she's been using it today and it's been awesome. The thing is fantastic.

(My daughter is the two year old. My best friends daughter is her DD until she gets her permit)
