Yeah. Something I want doesn't become a good deal until the sale hits on 5/18.

I must add that REI's price match policy sucks.

I bought some skis and wanted to price match them after the two-week window, since they were selling them for $100 less then.
They said no to a price match, so I simply returned them for all my money back. Then I order online and they get whacked for free shipping!

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up that bicycles may be excluded from the member coupons (other than those in the flyers) based on last year's exclusions you can find in last year's Anniversary Sale's wiki post. . I assume you have your bikes, but in case...didn't want you to be disappointed. Also of note, the snail mail catalog had a few different items vs the online digital catalog/flyer last year. When the coupon links are live, I will add the exclusions to this wiki. I didn't want to presume they would be the same as last year....

No, 20% off is for full price items only. (stuff not in the flyer). The extra 20% off is for REI Outlet items only.
