well, if you are brewing classic styles, as accepted by the BJCP (beer judge certification program) to enter into competitions, they need to fit within certain guidelines. this blonde ale should be around 5.2% ABV, but it's looking like it's going to be AT LEAST 7.5%. i like the blonde ale because it has a lot of flavor and not that much alcohol, thus you can drink more without feeling really full or getting drunk that fast. high abv beers are all well and good, but i want something i can drink several of, not sip a few and be done.

Sleepy2 I fell asleep on the couch....woke up to the sound of ds running from his room to the bathroom....he did not make it in time Annoyed so I just got finished sanitizing the entire bathroom.
