I had a classic example of a panic attack in the shower a few months ago, but I let it slide because it was the first time it had ever happened; however, it happened again on Saturday only this time I'm more concerned because it felt worse than the first time, I haven't been sleeping well and I haven't felt up to par lately. I'm just hoping it's nothing serious Frown

So I have this big meeting at a legislator's office before. I go in, theres the Chief of Staff, my Code guy, a $$$ developer, his lawyer and engineer. They are doing a big $$$ project in town. I sit down and think omg my cell is in my pocket across the room and the ringer is on full blast and if someone calls me now Lady Gaga is gonna start singing. UGHGHGHG

Comfort I have anxiety attacks all the time. Although, they are scary, they only last a few minutes. PM me if you need to talk.

Well it's just one of those things that I wouldn't worry about if I didn't do it, but since I do it's kinda OMG

I feel like it's one of those things where I'm not gonna freely admit I smoke so they'll test me to get it out of me laugh out loud Okay I'm just paranoid.

And thanks PC. hug My friend was picking on me telling me I better not get afraid to shower for fear of having another panic attack and becoming stinky. She said she wouldn't hang out with me anymore. Roll

Whee i get to hit cvs tonight mom said the mall store actually had the monthly freebies. She also returned 2 toothpastes from last month that I bought wrong size and didn't get any ecbs. She spent the return $ but that's fine I'd rather that than 2 freaking $4 toothpastes on my stack of 200 free ones Mad

I am just gonna buy them all there and max the deals on one card since I don't think there are any x/xx, plus I have a 10/50 on one card I think. I hope it doesn't snow early!! Pray
