This is actually quite a deal [google.com] for those who want to stop spending on $4 - $6 espresso drinks. If you do that regularly, it adds up. A purchase like this can save many thousands of dollars versus a daily Starbucks latte or whatever.

My machine has put out a latte and three americanos this morning alone.
Crazy good deal. The maintenance cost is high due to cleaning tablets and filters but using coffee beans also lowers running cost. If you do the math, it'll take quite a few years to beat a Keurig or Nespresso cost-wise, but you'll get a much better cup of coffee and it saves a lot of time.

Jura is fairly reliable and can be used in a small office setting as long as someone maintains the cleaning cycle, water filter changes, and daily disposal of grinds and water.

Also ignore the value of the milk functionality, it's a bit of a hassle of use and does not foam as well as other dedicated milk foamers. I just use it for espresso and coffee, which is really just an espresso with more volume when using this unit.
I've had many Jura machines and this is a solid one but I don't think I'd buy from any place other than Costco. I take meticulous care of my machines and they still have a habit of dying unexpectedly. Easier to just swap at Costco than having to get warranty service from Jura.

Also, the milk frother works much better than standalone units in my experience, you just have to use it properly. Forth into a pitcher, remove the heavily aerated foam top and then pour over espresso. I use it for latte art every morning.

You can buy it $5 cheaper without the Gevalia button here... select Amazon from the other buyers list:

The cheapest good espresso beans are from Costco. $12 for two pounds. Each shot is around 12c. Cheapest Nespresso is 73c a shot. I drink about 1400 shots a year. That's $840 saved a year.

Which beans do you mean? They sell a lot of 2lb bags.
