IMO yes, especially if you don't have a Fry's nearby. Fry's frequently has these on sale in-store with coupon for around $35, but when you factor in gas money, customer service/wait time and sales tax it's about the same.

But this is good or should spend a Little bit more in flip 4?

Flip 4 sounds considerably better IMO, but the 3 is still a good speaker. I got a 4 at my frys refurb for $44...well worth it. Havent seen a deal at jbl for the flip 4.

I like my flip 3 speakers a lot, I have standard retail version from walmart and the factory recertified one and sound and function wise I can't tell the difference between them. Personally, I think for less than $40 Flip 3 is great value for the money, especially if you connect and sync two speakers.
I have recently seen a recertified Flip 4 @ Fry's for $50, I would probably pay $10 more and get Flip 4 for $50, but I wouldn't pay an extra $30 that jbl.com wants for the recertified Flip 4, I don't think the improvements in Flip 4 compared to Flip 3 are worth that much.

Pretty solid speaker for what it's worth and I bought mine brand new on sale for $80. Installed it in my little ones X5 power wheels. Definitely worth it for $40 refurb.
I compared the Flip 3 (My sons) to the refurb Sony XB30 just last week. The Flip 3 is impressive for it's size, the XB30 which you can buy refurbs for on Ebay for $46.99 shipped kills.... I mean really murders the Flip 3 in the sound department.
I also compared the Flip 3 to the $200 Harmon Esquire 2 and the Flip 3 killed it. The Esquire looks cool but has pretty much zero bass compared to the Flip 3.
The best sounding larger BT speaker I have come across is the HK Go Play (Paid $170) and it sounds hands down the best. I have compared to it the HK Onyx 3 and the JBL Extreme the others sound like crap in comparison.
