starts around 8am EDT but maybe delayed due to dell sites sometimes taking 1-2 hrs to sync due to their door busters lagging the site

Is that cash back site reliable?
I did few times with them, worked for me. My etihad transaction wasn't tracked, i sent an email and they credited the cashback.
