Great price for this psychological drama about an obsessive detective and a brilliant thief whose fates are linked in the aftermath of a high stakes securities heist. Offer valid while promotion last - Discombobulated
No. HD movies purchased or redeemed elsewhere and available in iTunes through a linked movies anywhere account are only going to be available in HD in iTunes. The only way to get the 4K upgrade from an HD movie is to purchase or redeem directly in iTunes, And it will only be 4K in iTunes. It will be HD in any other platform linked to iTunes through movies anywhere.

What makes you think it's not 4k? Digital scanning of original film negatives yields incredible quality. Have you seen the original Star Wars trilogy in 4k? It looks fantastic. That film footage will hold up way better than anything shot in the 2000s with early digital 1080p or 2k cinema cams.

I have the blu ray of this, if I do Vudu's disc to digital for the HDX version and use Movies Anywhere to transfer it to itunes, am I getting the HD version on Itunes or the 4k version?

I'm not sure why people are saying it's not 4K either... http://realorfake4k.co
